Trouble with fetching cgi-string and double Qoute!

Hi list,

i have write a script to get shopping carts contents from another
external database. It runs very well, but some items has double qoute.
I have fetch the source code from there. See below

<INPUT TYPE="HIDDEN" NAME="no3" VALUE="1">
<INPUT TYPE="HIDDEN" NAME="title3" VALUE=""Dem Reich Gottes Bahn brechen" - Gustav Werner (1809-1887)">

In my minivend basket, the title is empty. Are there a way to solve
this problems?

Any helps and tips are very welcome!
