you need to modify the shipping.asc file located in the products directory - that is where shipping
calulations are made
you dollar amounts will be the ranges like 0-15 and then you can specify what you wanted added that meets
that
criteria - if it's a dollar amount or a percentage of the order - look at the shipping section in the
documentation
