Upload images to httpd/html/simple/images

Hi!

I'm wondering about how to upload images to httpd/html/simple/images.

Right now I have have simple under /mvadmin/catalogs/simple, which is not in the httpd directory.  I checked minimate and
it says using "upload other files" to upload images to directories not under catalog directories, but after several tries
I could still upload images to /mvadmin/catalogs/simple but not to /httpd/html/simple/images...

Could you please help...
