Securing/Excluding userdb from MiniMate????

PROBLEM>>> Securing userdb

 I have multiple catalogs in my mall, which share 1 userdb.sql, I have
MiniMate Secured... but now I want to EXCLUDE access to the CENTRAL userdb
from everyone but ONE ADMINISTRATOR so each catalogs Remote user has access
to the products and inventory databases BUT NOT THE USERDB from within
Minimate. I have been thinking this over for a while. Does anyone have a
solution for this yet? There is got to be an easy way to Exclude userdb from
the list-database, I saw the mvc_tables_to_hide variable but haven't found
out where this variable is set, or how the variable works.

Please help out
