Unix:
cp $MINIVEND_ROOT/bin/vlink $CGIBIN/$CATALOG
chown $MINIVEND_USER $CGIBIN/$CATALOG
chmod +s $CGIBIN/$CATALOG

Set the variables to the appropriate values.
