Simple? Need help with shipping costs...
Man, I give up. You would think this to be simple enough...
Everything is being shipped US Postal service.
I just want to charge $3.50 base shipping and $0.50 for every additional
item. ($3 + (items*0.5)) or ($3.50 + ((items-1)*0.5))
Anyhow, I cant get anything other than a $ZERO charge.
Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?
My files:

AND I have tried this as well:

mail US Mail quantity 0 999 3.00 + (0.50 * ([nitems] -1))
