Here is a Minivend module for Authorizenet 2.5 and 3.0

For those that are interested, and are capable of making a couple
of minor changes to the Minivend code, here is a module I developed
to interface minivend with AuthorizeNet versions 2.5 and 3.0 for
Credit cards and checks.

Everything is pretty well explained on the page. You still need to have
Net::SSLeay to use it though.
