MiniVend RPM

The new RPM file is up:

	ftp://ftp.minivend.com/pub/minivend-latest.rpm
	
It is significantly improved compared to the Redhat version:

    -- Installs /etc/rc.d scripts for auto startup.
    -- Installs the simple demo catalog
    -- Breaks out minivend.cfg to /etc (symlinked to /usr/lib/minivend)
    -- Breaks out error.log to /var/log/minivend
    -- Installs simple catalog in /var/lib/minivend

Notes:

    -- No /usr/doc entries yet, they will come next issue
    -- Uses /home/httpd/html/simple for HTML
    -- no command-line control yet, hope to have --prefix and
       some other stuff soon
	-- Ignore part about starting after installation (in info)

Bear in mind that this is not extensively tested, but we installed
it on a blank machine and the simple catalog came right up....
