I think a really important topic that not many touch on is backend 
integration with order fullfillment systems. My clients that use 
minivend run from those who type info in by hand to clients I have 
lost because the orderfiles contain an extra linefeed that destroys 
the integration process when importing into FileMakerPro.

Not sure who could lead that topic but it is an important one.
