Hi Chris,
	Well, here is the really qwarky thing, I just looked on the old server,
and the version of PERL on there was 5.05_02, so I decided to try
installing that samve version onto the new server in the mvend users'
directory, I did, modified the she-bang lines and wha-lah... it works
like a charm.... I also had the patches applied in both instances too...
weird huh?!
