Order Failed!

Hello All,

We are running 3.12 of minivend and have been developing with the system
for the past 2 months with success placing orders.  The system was worked
on various occasions over the past 10 days.. and now when placing an
order.. a user encounters:

Order Failed

We're sorry, but your order could not be processed at this time due to
technical problems. Please print the order page and give us a call. We will
follow up as soon as possible.

The DisplayErrors variable has been set to yes and there are no errors
logged to the error.log files when the order fails. We have checked
everything to the best of our knowledge and have had no luck and our
debugging attempts look to have failed.

Suggestions as to where to look and what might be causing the error is much
appreciated.
