Hi All...watching this thread & thought I'd add my experience... I CAN
access minimate (via the control port 7786) after adding the .access files
(and I am forced to authenticate)- but there is NO info from the catalog
database that I'd like to access, it appears as if I'm accessing the
mv_admin catalog. If I attempt to access the url with NO .access file,
everything works perfectly.. it's only when I add authentication (and
successfully authenticate) that I am presented with a "generic skeleton" as
follows:
>Edit Database
>database
>directive
>locale
>products
>wizard
>
>Upload/Download Pages
etc etc
BUT, when there is no .access file & I access the pages via normal http
(i.e. NOT the Minivend Tcport) I get:
>Edit Database
>2ndDayAir
>Ground
>NextDayAir
>country
>inventory
>locale
>pricing
>products
>userdb
etc etc -- all containing the proper data...
anyone see what I'm missing here? I've been running around in circles for
quite awhile on this one ...
