Minivend can't create a mysql table because mysql key fields must
have the NOT NULL attribute. I never figured out a way in my,
very limited, testing of this to convince MV to include that in the
column def.
I didn't pursue it very hard though since I feel that you should create
your tables manually, you lose too much control letting MV guess at what
you want.
