Perhaps I have misunderstood, but launching the minivend daemon on an NT machine via PCanywhere or Remotely Possible (for ISDN and other larger than telephone bandwidth connections to your box) is as simple as opening a dos window, cd'ing to mvend and typing minivend.bat. (if you have it configured right.) You may want to research that a bit more.
