Okay, this one I've fixed from my attempt at doing a second
catalogue...mis-read the prompts and originally saw the example, vs read
what it was asking for...

This question lost me...as far as I can tell, there is no 'minivend.cfg'
as pertains to simple...or is this where I'm screwing something up? My
understanding, from the docs, was that for each catalog you create, a
'catalog.cfg' file is created, while there is a single 'minivend.cfg
master' for all catalogs...
If it would help, I'm willing to start this all from scratch again, using
'script' to record everything I do, and make that available...I swear it
has to be something both obvious and stupid that I'm missing :(

You can take a look at it yourself (http://www.pgsql.com/test.cgi?param),
but I don't get a PATH_INFO, but SCRIPT_NAME looks okay...
What I've, to date, omitted, is to state that I'm running this under
Apache 1.3.3, Perl 5.005_03 and FreeBSD 3.2-STABLE ...
I'm going to wipe it all out and re-start from scratch and see whether I
come up with the same problems...I'll post new once that is complete,
assuming the second attempt fails...with more info...
Thanks for your patience...
