Difficulty Interacting...No Action Passed From Form

Hello,

I am having a problem with logging a user out of  Minivend 3.14.
After login if I immediately choose logout I get an error stating
that "no action was passed from form". When I view the error log
I see the message "difficulty interacting with browser no action passed
from form". The only way that I can log a user out of Minivend is to
go to the shopping cart page and press "stop shopping" then press
"erase all information". If anyone knows of a fix let me know!
