I went into the Cyercash configuration directory (../cybercash/mck-cgi/conf)
and modified the configuration file (merchant.cnf) to set the debug level
non-zero (DEBUG_LEVEL = 9) and I also made sure the debug file name was
set (DEBUG_FILE = /mypath/cybercash/mck-cgi/logs/debug.log.
After every run you can look in this log and get a very accurate idea of
what happened. Don't forget to delete the log and turn of DEBUG before
going live, since card numbers will appear in the clear in this file.
