Title: Minivend - Sample database - Simple - not working

I am a newbie and i did look thru the FAQ - but could not find if there are there any instructions to run the "Simple" demo. i hnve version 3.14. The Minivend installation took me through the steps to run "Simple" - but i still cannot get it to work.

My error.log shows the message /cgi-bin/simple - undefined catalog

Please Help!!!
