RE: "order failed" CyberCash 3.2 & Minivend 3.14

There are several thing that can (and do) go wrong. You might want to
search the archive at minivend.com. Many of these problems have been
covered. Also, please give more specifics about exactly how you installed
CyberCash and what settings you changed in Minivend's config files.
