gcc error

Hello all -

I have had luck on setting up minivend on several servers and have learned
a lot about it recently. But I'm stuck now as I try and set it up on one of
our virtual domains. I can't configure because the program says that I
don't have gcc, so naturally it can't compile. But I *do* have gcc. What
gives?
