Looks like you need to define a quantity?   From the archives:

Yes, I just finished doing this. The variables for ordering are all
stackable...
so you can do something like....

        [page form="
                mv_order_item=99-102
                mv_order_size=L
                mv_order_quantity=1
                mv_separate_items=0

                mv_order_item=99-150
                mv_order_size=S
                mv_order_quantity=2
                mv_separate_items=0

                mv_todo=refresh"] Order a couple of items</A>

you can also do this in a regular form.
