	I don't know the answer to the MV behavior, but you can use a javascript
in the page that says something to the effect of 'if this frame is not on
top then make this document.href on top.'  I don't remember the exact
coding, but it is out there.  Often sites will have a button that says
'break out of frames'...  try searching that.
