This is the correct URL, the page itself should be under
<MiniVendinstalldir>/lib/MiniMate/pages/config/menu.html

If you created a .access file in that "config" directory, but there is no
.access_gate in the same directory which allows you to view the menu.html
file, you get the 'page is under construction' message (surprised me too,
first time). Temporarily remove the .access file and see if the page
contents show up ok, then replace it and create a .access_gate file to
specify access permissions.
Speaking of which, does anyone have a good example for such a .access_gate
file that checks both the current catalog, and also the user ID?
Something that only checks user ID like this:
*: [if session username eq 'adminuser']Yes[else]No[/else][/if]
seems inadequate if multiple catalogs are being served...
