Quoting Errors w/ named tags...

Mike/Others, reading this reminded me of an old bug I'm experiencing in
3.11...

If [value bar] contains quotes, it will break [tag ... ]..

Say [value bar] = '"This text includes the quotes" said Jim'

evaluating that expression inside the [tag ...] tag, using named, quoted
parameters would break the tag.. Has this been taken care of, or will it be
taken care of in 3.15?
