Am I the only one who can't read this garbage?

Whatever it is, anyone posting in the above format(sic?) is immediately
removed from the list without warning. (I am not talking about the reply,
just the original post in binary garbage.) Persistant use of this format
to the list will cause blackholing of the offending mail server.
