OK I have finally gotten Minivend to recognize that I have the CCLib.pm module installed for Authorize.net. Now when I click on the "Place Order!" button. I get an error returned to the browser: "minivend: can't resolve symbol 'SSLeay_add_ssl_algorithms'". I get this error if I use the "Pay be credit card", or the "I will call with payment information" options. I am sure hoping it doesn't have anything to do with my previous problem of CCLib only working when placed in the install lib directory and not the running copy lib dir.
