catalog.cfg:

Variable    BGIMAGE         wolftile.GIF
ImageDirSecure        /

pages/ord/checkout.html:

<BODY MV="body 1 TEXT=GREEN">

All other images get translated correctly to https: on the secure pages, but
the BACKGROUND attribute of the <BODY> tag ends up being just http:. Is this
a known bug with ImageDirSecure, or do I (still) have something set wrong?
