Yea, the docs say it required, but don't indicate where it should be placed.
My logic was that it had to be place on a page somewhere after the "set" button
had been pushed and before the [tag export] was used. I placed it( [tag flat
write...] ) above <HTML> on all the pages. I also placed [tag export
students][/tag] on "donewithup.html" (which is my "mv_nextpage".) My placement
of it is probably incorrect, I'll move it around.
I'm still working on this and recently I tried to use the
[tag export students new_students.txt][/tag]
to attempt to export the database values out of memory (or whatever) into a
human readable format, just to be sure I wasn't updating the database in memory
(or whatever) and not moving it to students.asc properly, but the database I
exported to new_students.txt has the same values that the students.asc file
does, even after I've tried to update it with my forms.
