First, since you appear to be in the US, you need SSLeay.  I always
get stuck here because RSA wants $15,000 for it.  But it's open
source, you say.  Well it is, but the underlying technology is
patented by RSA.  I use a crazy SSL proxy setup to get around this
problem.

Be careful if you are selling this solution to another.
