MV 3.11 -> 3.14 and Cybercash

Can anyone give me some pointers about what changed from MV 3.11 to 3.14 and 
what I have to look out for to make sure everything is working after the 
upgrade?  I upgraded because I couldn't get Cybercash to work with 3.11.  
It's still not working, but I don't know if it's a Cybercash issue or 
something else.

Cybercash itself works, but when I try to send an order through Minivend, it 
doesn't seem to be making any effort to use it.  The receipt pages comes up 
right away and there is no entry in the CC logs.

Any ideas?

Is there something I need to add to my 3.11 minivend.cfg file, the 
catalog.cfg file, or perhaps my checkout.html file?


Any help would be much appreciated!  Thanks!
