Request for Feature (MV3.12 ordering)

Hi,

I whish to have a feature to select an overwrite of the quantity
of an already ordered item in the quantity - page.
My current setup is like the simple demo, the user is seeing
the line "quantity pricing" in his shopping cart, enters the
quantity page, select 5 items and voila: 1 item is in the basket!
In the meantime I know of the SeperateItems flag, but I think
that is the wrong way also.

Maybe it is possible to set up a conifgurable option like SeperateItems
or better use an flag before the number of the itemquantity like an ! or so
(other welcome) to overwrite the quantity of an ordered item.

I know, I can get the already ordered quantity and than I can calculate
the difference an add it but ....
