installation difficulties (missing files?)

	Hello Minivend users list!  I'm having a spot of trouble
installing the minivend package, and after having referenced both the
in-package documentation, the online documentation, and the FAQ, i'm left
without aid.

	During execution of the configure script, i get this error
(directly after selecting "y" for Storable module):

Use Storable module? (y/n/s) y
Source file ./simple/html/toc.html missing.
make: *** [mv_install] Error 2

	The script then aborts.  End of story.

	I noticed that this file (tree) does exist under the ./dist
subdir, but not from ./ .  As a test, i created ./simple/html , and cp'd
toc.html to it.  The same error occurs.

	Various version info :

	minivend 3.14
	perl 5.005
	apache 1.3.6 (Unix)
	Linux 2.0.36

	There is nothing in the error.log file(s).

	
	Any ideas?  I'm sure i'm just missing something painfully obvious
here.. :/
