MV3.10: Adding item to cart at checkout page w/ checkbox

	Anyone have any ideas about having a checkbox on the checkout form to add
an item to the current cart?  Inspired by the 'default catalog item'
discussion, I'd like to have a checkbox to add a 'catalog' product to the
cart.
	Granted, I could just have it print something on the report, but it would
be so much more fun if it was an item from the products db!

	My thinking is that the conditional that checks the checkbox status would
have to be in the checkout_profile?  Can I put [if] or [perl] in the
profile?  Would it parse in time to have the item added to the cart?

	Just picking the collective brain for ideas....
