Error on MakeFile

I am a new user and I am trying to install this on my ISP's server.

I un-tar-gzip the file.

It create a new directory with al the parts just file (or it looks like it).

I then did './configure'

It ran the configure file, told me some things, and asked me one question
(where to put mvend) and then it gave me this error...

Writing Makefile for MiniVend
make: *** File `Makefile' has modification time in the future
make: Failed to remake makefile `Makefile'.
make: *** File `Makefile' has modification time in the future
make: Failed to remake makefile `Makefile'.

So I opened the 'Makefile' and 'Makefile.PL' files in PICO and wrote them
out again just to change the timestamp on them and ran the config again.

Same error.

Am I doing something wrong?

Is there something I can fix to make this work?

Did this work anyway, regardless of the error?
