List turn-around time

Mike H, would it be possible for IR systems to handle a more frequent
window for forwarding list messages?  It seems to be running at about
20-30 minutes or perhaps longer?  Am I the only one that would prefer a
bit more responsive turn-around if IR's systems can handle it?
