Scott, I haven't watched this thread closely, but are you running a recent version of PGP that
supports the flags you have designated?  I know that 2.6.2 does not and if PGP fails, it
causes the credit card validation to hick-up, atleast it did on my system.

Try running the testing the command:
    ps | /bin/pgp/pgp -feat  scottr@multiplay.com.au -fat
and if you get ANY errors, you know where to start looking...
