Hi,

The fact that there are no attachments to your e-mail simply tells you
you're not as close as you think: mv is just not attaching anything.

Have you tried to get the simple demo's checkout.html to work for you: that
code is all you need. If you can get that to work, you can then customize
it.

>From you're previous e-mails I think I can make up you just built this
entire order-page from scratch. Not a good idea when it comes to a rather
complicated thing as credit card processing.

Just start with the simple demo page. Then from there, if it doesn't work,
try to diagnose the problem.
