This is also irrelevant, but something I feel necessary since you took
the opportunity to cast aspersions upon Jason Korkin's character in a
public list (I presume you were refering to his administration product -
my apologies if you weren't). You should have voiced your opinion of him
and what he does in a private email.
But let's get this straight; what Jason Korkin has done is no different
to auxiliary services and products that spring up around other industries.
I mean, how dare those bastard car washers and manufacturers of car
cleaning products profit off of the invention of the motor car! ;P He
hasn't taken great slabs of Mike Hein's code and turned it into a similar
product and sold it for himself.
Besides, (and the reason why I am springing to his defence), Jason
Korkin has freely contributed a lot of advice and solutions to problems on
this list. He has most definitely "given back" to the minivend community.
I'll shut up now. :)
