Try this:

Outside your loop, put:

[set results]0[/set]

Then, somewhere inside add:

[perl arg=scratch]
$Safe{'scratch'}{'results'}++;
return '';
[/perl]

You can see what number you're on with:

[scratch results]

Then it is easy to do a calc to see if it is time to add the <TR>
