I have found that the most important thing in setting up CyberCash is make
sure it is set up correctly before you hook Minivend to it. Install it per
their instructions and run their test pages to cofirm that it is working.

Then move the files to the right places and setup the Minivend config
files. I wrote a fairly detailed step-by-step a while back. See if you can
search for that.
