  Read the docs How to write a url is in the very beginning of the docs. It is a very simple
process once you understand the mechanics of the url. Your request would go something like:

http://server.iamservingfrom.com/cgi-bin/scan/sf=whateverfieldidecide/se=whatveriamsearchingfor

That should get you started but again read the first line of this response. There is other info
that will allow you to custom tailor your url deeper in the docs.
