I have what I think is the same question (maybe not). I want to statically
build ONLY the product pages (i.e. flypage). Actually what I really want
to do is build a page for each product for search engines to index. These
pages be stripped down versions of the real flypage.
I am able to build other pages normally and with the .build file. I have
at at least one dynamic element most pages. I have put [tag flag
build][/tag] on flypage.html and set StaticDepth to larger and larger
numbers. Here are the setting in catalog.cfg. I have tried them with many
different setting
Static Yes
StaticAll Yes
StaticDepth 9
StaticDir ../../www/static
StaticFly Yes
# StaticPage info/about_us info/terms_and_conditions
StaticPath __CATDOCURL__/pages
StaticPath /static
# StaticPattern ^info|^help
