Hello Alfred,

what is your OS? If you have a FreeBSD, go to the port and install perl
from the port!
If you have a WIN, make sure you get a right perl for a right OS or you
get the ActiveStatePerl.

Hint: If you have any UNIX-OS, perl is often install per default! To
check, if you have perl, type "perl -v" and you get a message and you
can see the perl version.
