Catalog build problem

Hi guys,

I have installed Mini-vend and WhenI try to run the Minivend Configuration
Wizard through the web can't seem to build the catalog.

Each I get the following error,

Some of these directories must exist or we must make them. For some you
can enter NONE. 

makecat_message: Catalog build failed. See log. 
: 
Immediate errors: 
----------------: 

"

The log is empty. One other time I tried the log was full and It was stuck
trying to copy vlink from one location to another, I can't remember the
actual path.

Has anyone experienced this before and If you have can you please provide
some assistance.

 OS: SunOS 5.6
 Minivend: 3.12
 Perl: 5.004_04 built for sun4-solaris
