mv3.10 : item-accessories tag, double selection in option list

I'm running into a problem with the Minivend [item-accessories] tag - I
have some items that have the following sizes: '2, 1, 1/0, 2/0, 3/0, 4/0,
5/0'
When 1/0 or 2/0 is ordered it registers in the cart with the correct sizes,
however, when the customer proceeds to checkout the following HTML is
resulted:

Note that both 2 and 2/0 are 'selected' and both 1 and 1/0 as well. I
imagine that there is a loose regexp going on that allows this to occur -
I'm not sure where it happens, Mike? ;-)
