Check in the documentation under on-click search variables. You can add
"se=mypage" to your search string to select the page.

Not quite sure what you mean. flypage.html shows information for an
individual item from the products database. Usually results pages create
links that use the product code as the page name and Minivend then shows
flypage with the data from that product record selected. Flycat is an
alternate catalog type for catalogs that don't need a products database
from what I understand.
