I was thinking of the following
In a hyperlink using
http://www.name.com/cgi-bin/simple?;addnewaccountbas;
If you want to do it using a form you could receive the parameters in a
cgi-script and subsequently redirect by a normal redirection as in CGI.pm to
minivend using the above link.
