User Tag: How to execute another Perl script

hi all,

i have a banner script in perl witch works fine if i have an extra frame.
but all my minivend pages are without frames so i am looking for a way to
execute this script in an User Tag or Global like Form Mail. Really stucked
here, so any help would be greatly appreziatet.
