[BUG]: SecureURL documentation

The documentation for SecureURL seems to be outdated. There is no
default for this directive, you must specify it in the catalog.cfg.
If you try the empty string, you get:

Configuring catalog mall...The SecureURL directive (now set to '""') should probably
start with 'http:' or 'https:'
In line 2 of the configuration file 'catalog.cfg':
SecureURL ""

done.
