I suppose that is a lot like adjusting the price of Maine
lobsters to "market". ;^)

You can do it with CommonAdjust:

CommonAdjust    specials:price:, ;products:price, &{Vend::ClientPricing::lobsters();}

In that particular case Vend::ClientPricing is actually a perl module in
lib/Vend.  I'd guess you could do it with code from catalog.cfg but 
I've never really taken the time to figure that out.
